DIY of the day: thrifted frames with corkboard. Such a brilliant idea! I need something like this for my new office (but they look great as jewelry racks, too…) Now to find some decent frames…

I am thoroughly obsessed with this outfit. The thing about vintage is that while it’s wonderful in so many ways, it’s entirely frustrating to not be able to rush out & buy the same thing! I guess that’s what makes finding a cute piece so awesome. Not that I ever go thrifting – I just like to look on from the sidelines & admire.

hi!!! thanks so much for the link on your blog today. that means so much to me you don’t even know :) but even more is the comment you left for me about running. that is like my JAM! and i am so happy that you are starting to get into it. i remember the first time i ran for a full 30 minutes. it was one of the greatest runs of my life. it showed me that i could do it and that’s when running really became more than just exercise for me. so please, if you need any encouragement or have any questions, let me know!!! i am more than happy to talk about it!

Oh HI! thank YOU so much for finding my blog & leaving a comment. :) Totally a pleasant surprise, I just found your blog a few days ago & am loving it. Thanks for the encouragement about running – it’s one of those things that is a pain in the BUTT to start but afterwards the payoff is sooo worth it. I feel amazing physically, but it’s also nice to have something like this all to myself, I’m finding myself super protective of it in a weird way! The time alone is magnificent & the hard work makes the big (& little) accomplishments so much more rewarding. I don’t have a ton of friends who run, so if I have any questions or anything, I will be sure to let you know! So nice to meet you!!!
