flashback

One of the advantages of being the first born (especially in the booming 80s) is that your parents dress you in the coolest clothes, before they realize how overpriced baby clothes are & how fast you outgrow them. Not that this outfit is a true indicator of my Mom’s splurging habits, but I do love it. I also love that Mom (or Dad?) wasn’t afraid to dress her baby daughter in jeans & a red flannel (but throwing the feminine barrette in for good measure). I am gonna have to bring this look back.
