arcade fire = ultimate dance party
Posted: October 9th, 2010 | Author: Sarah | Filed under: music | Tags: arcade fire, music | 1 Comment »The Arcade Fire performance at the Shrine Auditorium last night was every bit as magnificent as I’d hoped it would be. They are indeed a magically energetic group of musicians, running all around the stage (and the venue, for that matter) and didn’t miss a beat. Sadly, I have no photos, as I was too busy dancing myself absolutely silly and I really apologize to the girl who was standing next to me- I couldn’t help myself. My favorite was of course when they played Neighborhood #3 (Power Out) and everyone seemed to just erupt (bonus for Win opening the song by calling everyone “you bunch of Botox motherf*$@#rs!”).
