press-on nails making a comeback?
Posted: August 7th, 2010 | Author: Sarah | Filed under: beauty, fashion | Tags: beauty, fashion, nails | 5 Comments »I’ve never wanted press-on nails as bad as I do right now…except for maybe when I was in elementary/middle school, a chronic nail-biter with no hopes of getting to a nail salon anytime soon. While discussing Minx and their lack of gorgeous patterns, my cupcake Jacqueline told me about Urban Outfitter’s new line of press-on nails. Sounds trashy, doesn’t it? But look at how cute these are:

Come on, they’re gorgeous! I mean, I’d like a sheet set in that pattern. They also have Chrome and Sparkle patterns. The effects of nail glue on my nails remains to be seen, but at only $8 a pop, it might be worth giving it a try.
What do you think – would you be seen with press-on nails?

I went to CVS last week and got some press on nails, only because they had the petite size for my tiny nails. I had a manicure a couple weeks before but since I had radiation my nails keeping tearing and its driving me insane!
Im trying to keep them when they fal off and just re-glue them, working pretty good so far, apparently you can use regular glue for them too, when the nail-glue runs out. Although I might want to google that before I try it.
Those look super adorable, I might have to order a couple! .. Nvm they dont have petite sizes, boo
and lol if you click on the chrome/gold ones you can see the studio setup (camera and screens) in the reflection of the nails.
haha! You sound like my husband! He notices every single thing like that. “Boom in shot!”
I’m a photographer too, I guess we have an eye for it lol. “shoulda cloned that out”
And I think I’m blushing because you said I sounded like Julian, I’m such a fan of both of you. Still waiting on the wedding pics though Mrs. Smith
Aw – that’s sweet! Hopefully we will have them soon.
