If you aren’t taking part in Things I Love Thursdays, it’s time to start. You don’t even need to be a blogger, or know how to use the internet for that matter. All you have to do is just make a quick list of things you love and are thankful for. It can be in a journal, a post-it, a tweet, a status update, even just a declaration to the person sitting next to you. You’d be surprised how positive-thinking can alter your mood for the better.
Here’s a list of things that are doing it for me this week. BTW – this is my 18th TiLT, which is amazing because 18 is my all-time favorite number. Hip Hip, Hooray!
